The first NCTS document has been successfully processed in the Personal Account. The State Customs Service

The first NCTS transit declaration was submitted, which was made in the Personal Account on the Single Window for International Trade portal. In addition, the first two decisions on binding information on the classification of goods were made, which were also submitted electronically through the Personal Account.

The Binding Information Decision (BTI/BOI) is a European integration opportunity that has recently been introduced to the Customs Code and is in line with EU norms. In the latest release of the Cabinet, functionality has been added for exporters and their customs brokers to provide access to their declarations to carriers and their customs brokers to create NCTS transit declarations. This mechanism is similar to the one implemented to provide access to previous declarations for the creation of general declarations of arrival (GDA).

In addition, based on user suggestions, the appearance of the "My declarations" section has been improved, with the addition of the "Contract Holder" and "Carrier" columns. The interface of the NCTS transit declaration and its format and logical control includes validation of the EORI code according to the relevant European Commission resource.
