Having received your request, for example, for cargo transportation to Europe, the logistics manager clarifies all the details: weight, volume, dimensions, special requirements for fastening, temperature conditions. We immediately work out the issue of customs clearance. We prepare the basis for the export declaration (EX-1), transit declaration (T1), check invoices, packing lists. This approach allows us to identify and correct possible errors in documents in advance.

We select a car, plan a route

Based on the type of cargo, we find the right vehicle. For pallets, tent transportation is suitable, for liquid chemicals - tank truck transportation, for perishable goods - a refrigerated truck. We perform detailed route planning, taking into account traffic congestion, mountainous sections, and travel costs. For small consignments, we offer cargo consolidation so that you do not pay for empty space in the back of the truck.

We control loading

Our driver arrives at the sender's warehouse at the appointed time. We monitor the process of placing and securing the cargo. The driver takes photos before sending so that you can see the condition of the goods when they leave the warehouse. We check the number of places, markings with the documents to avoid misunderstandings at customs.

We accompany cargo on the way

All our vehicles are equipped with GPS beacons. You receive regular information about the location of the vehicle.
