Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced a new digital platform for coordinating freight transport

"e.Portal UZ-Cargo" is a more modern and convenient alternative to the software product "AS Client UZ"
JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" informs that approximately 2,000 customers and 5,000 users have already joined the single digital window for freight customers "e.Portal UZ-Cargo". From 1 July, Ukrzaliznytsia will discontinue the operation of the UZ Client system, which has been used by cargo owners since 2011.
"e.Portal UZ-Cargo is a more modern and convenient alternative to the UZ Client software product. Here, users have access to electronic services for organising cargo transportation, can receive other services related to it, as well as information about events and changes.
The e-Portal UZ-Cargo also provides a simplified procedure for concluding various types of contracts, approving orders for transportation and other related services, exchanging electronic documents and data on transportation services, including resolving disputes arising in the course of transportation and making payments for them.
In addition, the ePortal UZ-Cargo has modern means of protecting information from unauthorised interference with the system and other hacking attempts. At the same time, UZ is constantly working to improve the system, and in the future, new electronic services related to freight transportation will be placed in the e.Portal UZ-Cargo system.
Other services, in particular the Shipper's workstation and work in the service users' own systems via the server of the approval module, will continue to operate.
