Features of transportation

The transportation of paints and varnishes is associated with increased safety measures due to the chemical nature of the product. Paints and varnishes are flammable liquids, which requires compliance with a special temperature regime: no higher than +25°C for most formulations. We monitor this parameter with the help of special sensors along the entire route.

We pay special attention to the packaging of the cargo. We use:

certified metal barrels;
plastic canisters;
double-walled containers.

Each container is tested for leaks before loading. When placing them in a vehicle, we adhere to the rules of compatibility with other cargoes, use special racks and clamps to prevent displacement.

For the transportation of chemicals, we have all the necessary permits: a license to work with dangerous goods, certificates of conformity of vehicles. Our drivers undergo special training, confirmed by ADR certificates (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road).

Types of transport for the transportation of varnishes

Transportation of paints and varnishes is carried out by various types of transport depending on:

For small batches, we use low-tonnage vans with an isothermal body equipped with ventilation and fire extinguishing systems. For large deliveries, we use specialized refrigerated trucks that maintain a stable temperature inside the cargo compartment.

For international transportation of paints, we apply multimodal schemes using sea transport. We place products in special containers equipped with temperature and humidity control systems. For each type of varnish, we use the appropriate type of container, which ensures maximum safety during the sea transportation of this type of building materials.
