Dismantling of installations at the customer's site by qualified assemblers. We carry out dismantling of any complexity using lifting mechanisms with a lifting capacity of up to 500 tonnes.
Comprehensive packaging and transport fastening of dismantled devices to ensure complete safety during transportation of equipment. We use:
- wooden boxes;
- metal and wooden frames;
- transport platforms;
- stretch marks, slings;
- anti-deformation pads.
Loading and unloading operations are carried out using cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 50 tonnes, truck cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 130 tonnes, and gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 300 tonnes.
Equipment can be transported by road, rail, sea and air depending on the size and weight of the cargo.
Specialised trawls up to 30 metres long and with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tonnes are used for road transport. Rail deliveries are carried out in specially designed wagons with a lifting capacity of up to 250 tonnes. Oversized equipment is transported by sea in special containers on Ro-Ro vessels.
For the transport of oversized shipments, we use 12- and 16-axle modular trailers with a carrying capacity of up to 500 tonnes, as well as tractors of particularly high power - up to 1200 hp. We provide escort of oversized cargoes by cover vehicles with signal beacons. The price of transporting equipment by heavy vehicles is higher than for conventional freight.
