900,000 trucks crossed the Ukrainian border through the e-Cherga system

A year ago, the e-Lane for border crossing was expanded by 15 new border crossing points. During this time, 900 thousand lorries crossed the border through the online entry system.

Of these, the most trucks travelled through checkpoints with Poland - almost 487 thousand. Also 166 thousand lorries passed through Ukrainian-Romanian crossings, almost 108 thousand - checkpoints with Moldova, more than 93 thousand - with Hungary, and 45 thousand - with Slovakia. More than 100 thousand users from different countries were registered in the system, and the application was downloaded more than 83 thousand times.

"Together with the market, we are consistently working on updating the functionality, where the key thing is transparency and convenience of the service for those who use it, export goods and go for imports. Over the last year we have carried out a number of updates, including the full opening of tractor and trailer numbers, displaying the queue booking time, sequence number, providing the possibility to register only verified vehicles. We are planning a number of other updates, which will make the system more efficient and user-friendly, allow all types of transport to plan the time of border crossing" Sergey Derkach, Deputy Minister of Community, Territory and Infrastructure Development

Since last August, registration for buses was opened in the e-Lane system. At the first stage, the service allows verifying the fulfilment of international regular routes and monitoring the load at the border. Already at 11 checkpoints, each bus chooses the time of border crossing in accordance with the schedule. In total, more than 75,000 buses have crossed the border using online registration.
