We study the characteristics of the object: dimensions, weight, center of gravity, design features. We determine critical fastening points and possible deformations during transportation. We calculate permissible loads, vibrations, accelerations. We simulate the impact of external factors: gusts of wind, precipitation, temperature fluctuations. We create a digital model for the transportation of large cargo, taking into account all physical parameters.

Route design

We analyze the road infrastructure along the route: dimensions of the roadway, turning radii, height of bridges, permissible load on the roadway. We identify critical areas that require special solutions: detours, temporary dismantling of road signs, strengthening of bridge structures. We coordinate the route with road services, obtain the necessary permits, and plan the time for passing difficult sections.

Preparation of transport

We select the optimal configuration of the tractor and trailer, taking into account the characteristics of the cargo. We check the technical condition of all components of the vehicle.
