This was announced by the head of the Administration of Sea Ports of Ukraine (AMPU) Yuriy Litvin, writes ‘Interfax-Ukraine’.

At the same time Litvin noted that the effectiveness of the ferry line will be determined by market conditions, such as yields of agricultural products, general activity of agriculture, range of goods for export and import, as well as the general functioning of the economy.

‘You can be calm about the ports. They will be operational 24/7. We have everything we need for that. We hope that the money we jointly earn will be invested in the infrastructure of the ports, and it will be promptly restored,’ - stressed the head of AMPU.

At the same time, Litvin specified that AMPU has set a priority task to restore the infrastructure of ports at least to the pre-war level in the next two years, for which the organisation needs 9-9.5 billion hryvnias.
