This year, information on the resolutions issued and fines paid will be available online. This was reported by the press service of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety (Ukrtransbezpeka) on its official Facebook page.

Testing of the Inspector system began in March this year. Over three months, 8749 electronic acts were entered into the database. All documents create a single information space and are available to all Ukrtransbezpeka inspectors across Ukraine. The project is currently in the process of synchronising with state registers to use accurate data when drawing up reports.

According to Yevhen Zborovsky, Head of Ukrtransbezpeka, the eInspector project is primarily designed to eliminate corruption risks in the work of inspectors.

‘We are fully digitising all the actions of the inspector during a raid inspection: an electronic receipt sheet, electronic forms of the act and resolution. All information will be open and easy to verify’ - Yevhen Zborovsky

According to him, eInspector is expected to start operating normally in the second half of the year. Gradually, the system's functionality will be expanded and new features will be added.

‘eInspector is a single space for all territorial bodies of Ukrtransbezpeka to perform the functions of state supervision (control) in the field of road transport legislation; transparent performance of functions by the state inspector during the inspection; accumulation of all data on inspections, acts, decisions, fines paid; opportunities for data analysis and their availability to all market participants and the public’ - Yevhen Zborovsky
