Experts explained the procedure for reserving employees of enterprises and issues related to the fulfilment of military transport duty in accordance with the provisions of the current and new legislation. Published by the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine (AIFU) on Facebook.

Taking into account the signing by the President of Ukraine and publication of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Military Service, Mobilization and Military Accounting" No 3633-IX dated 11.04.2024, it has become relevant to discuss the procedure of booking employees of enterprises, as well as specific details of military transport duty, which is of particular importance for freight forwarders, carriers and cargo owners.

The following aspects were presented as part of the AMEU communication:

which businesses and employees may be subject to reservations;
general guidelines on the procedure for reserving employees;
specific details of military transport duty.
